Clear-span frames keep interior columns out of the working floor and are useful when equipment, racks or layouts may change. Multi-span systems can be efficient for very wide buildings when interior columns fit the operation. Lean-tos and canopies can add covered loading, equipment parking or lower-cost support space.

Confirm the structural design criteria for the exact property, including wind, snow and seismic requirements. Foundation reactions, anchor layouts, drainage, utilities, permits, delivery staging and erection access must be coordinated with the approved building drawings.
